Police video ‘shows cops brutalizing man for merely sitting in his car’
A lawsuit alleging brutality by Oklahoma police officers is being appealed to the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing video from the officers themselves makes the case.
Jeriel Edwards claims he was thrown to the ground, tasered, kneed in the back and put in a chokehold by Muskogee, Oklahoma, police officers until he became unconscious, merely for sitting in his car.
